I am a Senior Software Engineer with over a decade of experience in the software development industry. With a passion for delivering highly leveraged software systems, I take ownership of large-scale projects, crossing team and service boundaries to find solutions. I am currently leading my team at Pathpoint, mentoring junior engineers, participating in the hiring process, and advising the engineering manager on ways to improve our team.

My expertise spans a wide range of technologies, including Material UI, TypeScript, Git, Go, Apollo GraphQL, Node.js, and React.js. I have hands-on experience as a full-stack developer, utilizing various front-end and back-end technologies such as Bootstrap, jQuery, Backbone.js, Django, and others.

Before joining Pathpoint, I co-founded Readable Report and served as its Chief Technical Officer (CTO) for five years. At Readable Report, I partnered with a Designer to design, develop, and implement a complex data transformation engine, reporting, and e-commerce solution. My experience in this role has honed my skills in Amazon Web Services (AWS), DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, Express.js, HTML, Git, Node.js, MongoDB, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and SASS.

Before that, I served as the CTO of Falcon Laboratories for five years, where I oversaw the implementation of Readable Report. My expertise in mentoring, communication, project planning, problem-solving, and decision-making, as well as my knowledge of software development methodologies, agile project management, and emerging technologies, have helped me succeed in my roles.

I have a proven track record of delivering results and maintaining high coding and usability standards. I have led projects for premier clients such as Walmart, Shell Oil, Hy-Vee, and Cliffbar and have offered valuable insights to management on the overall look and feel of web applications.
